What's does your carpet cleaning service include?
1.)Thoroughly pre-inspect all areas to be serviced
2.) HEPA vacuum all areas to remove dry soils that damage fibers
3.) Pre-spot all stains that involve added color
4.) Apply pre-spray and soil conditioner
5.) Agitate conditioner into fiber
6.) Emulsify and rinse soiled carpets
7.) Neutralize and extract
8.) Apply carpet protector (optional for an additional charge)
9.) Grooming in Protector
10.) Post Inspection walk-through to assure your satisfaction
Dry Times are 4-6 Hours for "mostly" dry and 24 hours "fully" dry. We only perform a hot water steam cleaning process.
What's included in a Standard clean?
Floors are swept, cleaned, and mopped. Carpets and rugs are vacuumed. Surfaces (including fixtures and appliances) are wiped for dust. Exterior kitchen surfaces such as counter-tops and stove top are cleaned and disinfected. Mirrors are wiped down. The bathroom sink and bathtub is cleaned and disinfected.
What's included in a Deep clean?
Everything listed in a Standard clean in addition to the following things may be included: Cleaning behind and under appliances. Cleaning inside appliances upon your request such as your oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Bathroom shower doors are cleaned thoroughly. Interior windows are wiped down. We will also customize our deep cleaning service to fit your specific needs. For example if you requested your walls or base boards to be cleaned we will accommodate where possible.
How long does the cleaning process take?
Carpet cleaning process is 2-3 Hours Max
Upholstery clean process is 1-2 hours max
Standard clean process is 2-3 hours minimum
Deep clean process is 3-4 hours minimum
